Osseodensification compared to the conventional osteotomy technique
Osseodensification, a novel technique for the placement of an implant

Conventional osteotomy removes bone to create the implant site, which can reduce bone density and primary stability. Osseodensification, using specially designed burs in a non-subtractive manner, compacts and preserves bone, enhancing primary stability and promoting faster osseointegration, especially in areas of low bone density.
